Shipping & returns


Broadway Brew Supply strives to ship all orders within one business day of purchase.  When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout.

Broadway Brew Supply ships via United States Postal Service ("USPS") and United Parcel Service ("UPS").  We do not currently ship via FedEx or DHL. In store pickup is also available for customers who wish to visit the retail storefront at:

The customer is always right. That is our motto at Broadway Brew Supply. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items for an exchange or receive a refund for purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date, with original receipt. Packages must have a Return authorization number (RA#) or they will be returned to sender. If you receive a damaged item in your original shipment, please notify us first before taking any action and keep all packaging materials.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error in shipment or an item arrives damaged or defective. In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, Broadway Brew Supply will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for returns made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please contact us if your defective merchandise is less than $10.00 in value; returning the merchandise may not be necessary.
